Thirteen years later, the independent film landscape, and the world in general, feels radically different. And so, as Incidental Films prepares to re-launch the Incidental Cinema initiative with the upcoming release of its newest film, “BLISS” (Incidental Film #2) we thought it would be fun to re-visit Macaulay’s article.
